Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Member Sales Associate to guide clients through options, answer questions, and help them move forward with confidence in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment. You will be measured on KPI performance and client satisfaction, delivering a seamless, supportive experience from first contact to next steps.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of premium customer service, a track record of meeting goals, strong listening skills, and the ability to handle objections calmly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and the self-motivation to keep raising the bar.
• Ability to build trust quickly and make clients feel comfortable from the start.
• Resilience in handling rejection and staying focused on outcomes.
• Strong listening skills to catch meaning behind words.
• Able to manage a high volume of interactions without quality slipping.
• Some leadership experience or the desire to grow into a team lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach, encouraging next steps.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
• Handle objections with composure, redirecting toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to maintain a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to keep momentum and prevent gaps.
