Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time customer-facing experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Ability to build trust quickly and engage others confidently.
• Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach, encouraging next steps.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance with accountability.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions while maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to keep momentum and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
