Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Member Sales Associate to join our on-site team in a high-touch, relationship-driven role. You will guide clients through options, document details, and drive toward personal and team KPIs while maintaining exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of premium customer-facing experience, a track record of reaching targets, and the ability to manage many interactions without compromising quality. Growth and promotion opportunities are available as Serenity expands.

Qualifications

2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience. Preferably in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments.
Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through available options with clarity and a consultative approach to move them forward.
Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and document client information thoroughly.
Work toward KPIs and contribute to team performance with accountability.
Handle objections calmly and redirect toward solutions.
Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and prevent gaps.
