Job summary

Serenity is expanding its client-facing team and seeks a Member Sales Associate who informs clients, builds confidence in decisions, and drives next steps with a high-touch, relationship-driven approach.

You will track client interactions, document details, and work toward KPIs while coordinating handoffs to ensure a seamless experience. A strong service background in premium environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, or premium service environments preferably.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Ability to build trust quickly and put clients at ease from the first interaction.
• Resilience handling rejection and staying focused on outcomes.
