Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Member Resource Center Representative to handle sales and service interactions from the Reno Operations Center. The role relies on telephone, video, and secure messaging to assist members and meet sales/referral targets while upholding Bank Secrecy Act procedures.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably prior call center and financial institution exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Perform sales and service functions through telephone, video and electronic communication to assist in achieving goals.
• Meet performance goals including product sales/referrals and member interactions per hour.
• Communicate with members in writing via secure messaging, chat, text, email or fax.
• Apply procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
