Job summary

Great Basin Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Support Representative in Reno, NV. The role focuses on delivering a remarkable member experience across all touchpoints, including calls and electronic communications, and providing information about products and services.

You will educate and empower members to use e-services, build loyalty through strong relationships, and support colleagues while representing the credit union with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12 months customer service with cash handling experience (preferably in a credit union/bank) or six months with Great Basin Federal Credit Union.
• Pass Teller training and MSR training with 85% or better.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and electronic communications.
• Provide information and member support concerning the credit union and its products and services to members and employees.
• Create a remarkable experience consistent with our brand personality, service promises, mission and vision in all member interactions.
• Build member loyalty by excelling in core contributor relationships and offering share and loan products.
• Educate and empower members to utilize e-services.
