Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Arlington to support member engagement, account maintenance, and program awareness. You will grow through hospitality certification steps, building a personalized succession plan to reach professional goals.

As a front-line contact, you’ll handle inquiries, educate members about programming, and assist with new memberships and renewals. The role emphasizes service quality in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in service recovery and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and payments.
• Serves as contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
