Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance and program education at our Texas resort. You will interact with members and guests, handle inquiries, and drive retention while delivering a hospitality-driven experience.

Responsibilities include processing member needs and payments, assisting with new memberships, and using tools to resolve issues. A strong service mindset and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and member transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
