Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is hiring a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance and sales. You will grow your hospitality skills through certification progression and create a personal succession plan aligned with professional goals.

You will educate members on programming, events, pricing and policies, handle payments, and assist with new membership sales and retention efforts. This role emphasizes service excellence and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail settings.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes and payments for services.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
• Outreach via calls to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintain relationships to create extraordinary member experiences.
