Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, service delivery, program insights, and member engagement at our resort.

You will grow through hospitality certification levels and support new memberships and retention while educating members about programming, events, pricing, and policies. This role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to stand for 4 hours.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance and payments for services and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using appropriate tools and resources.
