Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II at our New York resort to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and engage members through programming insights.

You will handle inquiries, assist with account maintenance, and contribute to member retention and sales initiatives. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a friendly, proactive demeanor.

Formación

• Multi-tasking and high-quality customer service skills.
• Able to stand for 4 hours and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes and transactions.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention efforts.
• Uses tools to resolve member questions and service recovery.
