Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and provide programming insights to enhance member engagement.

You will play a key role in educating members on club offerings, pricing, and policies while supporting retention efforts. The role requires strong customer service experience, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualificações

• Must deliver high quality customer service and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time while remaining friendly and effective.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling member needs and requests.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members to create extraordinary experiences.
• Manages inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, member changes and payments for services/products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses available tools to resolve member questions and service issues.
