Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Reston, VA to serve as the first contact for members and guests, delivering outstanding hospitality and engagement.

You will handle inquiries, educate on programs and events, and support membership maintenance and sales with a friendly, service-driven approach. The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced resort environment, with opportunities for professional growth through certification and progression.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests, delivering hospitality and extraordinary experiences.
• Receive inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve issues through problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
