YouFit is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Miami to deliver top-tier customer service and create a welcoming gym atmosphere. You will engage with members, assist with accounts, and promote memberships, while upholding YouFit policies and cleanliness standards.

The role involves guiding prospects through tours, handling transactions at the POS, and ensuring a seamless, friendly experience for all guests and members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multilingual is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet members as they arrive.
• Monitor gym access; ensure active accounts and follow check-in policies.
• Assist with membership questions, updates, and issues in person or by phone.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer; balance cash at close.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Guide prospects through personalized tours and present memberships.
