Daily tasks include check-ins, payments, cleanliness, and teamwork to keep the gym running smoothly. This role offers flexible part-time shifts in a busy fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and assist with check-ins.
• Handle member accounts and inquiries via in person or phone.
• Manage phone calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with membership retention and promotions.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain overall gym cleanliness across areas.
• Assist with events and member appreciation activities.
• Guide tours for prospects and transition to membership.
