Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Miami, FL is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service, greet members, and assist with their fitness journey. You’ll engage with guests, answer questions, and help promote memberships and services on the floor.

Responsibilities include managing check-ins, assisting with account questions, handling payments at the front desk, keeping facilities clean, and guiding tours to convert interest into memberships while maintaining a welcoming

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with members, guests, and prospects.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and handle transactions.
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and managing member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and engagement.
• Monitor gym access and adhere to check-in policies.
• Assist with member accounts and inquiries.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Support membership retention and personal training inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties at the gym.
• Process payments and manage the cash drawer.
• Enforce gym policies and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all gym areas and equipment.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
