Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Miami, FL is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver top-tier service and welcoming experiences for members and guests. You will greet, assist with account questions, process payments, and support member retention through friendly interactions and memberships promotions.

You will also help with gym tours, check-ins, cleanliness, safety reporting, and daily opening/closing routines to ensure a smooth member journey.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to balance cash handling and POS transactions.
• Comfort with basic cleaning and gym equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and welcoming interactions.
• Monitor gym access and verify active accounts.
• Assist with member accounts and inquiries.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer.
• Promote memberships and retention efforts.
• Open and close gym operations.
• Keep facilities clean and sanitized.
