Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Miami, FL is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Specialist. You will deliver outstanding customer service, greet members, and support their fitness journey while promoting memberships and related offerings.

You will manage check-ins, assist with accounts, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment. In this role you will balance transactions, enforce policies, assist with tours and events, and contribute to member retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members, guests, and prospects.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and updating accounts.
• Capability to handle transactions and balance a cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access, check-ins, and member alerts.
• Assist with member accounts, updates, and inquiries by phone or in person.
• Answer calls, provide information, and route inquiries as needed.
• Support membership retention and personal training retention efforts.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain readiness for members.
• Process payments, manage the cash drawer, and handle retail transactions.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, restrooms, and lockers; restock supplies.
• Report safety, facility, or equipment concerns to management.
• Deliver engaging gym tours and assist with events and promotions.
