YouFit Gyms is seeking a friendly Member Service Specialist to welcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and assist with account updates and payments at the Miami location. You will handle transactions, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and support retention efforts by offering solutions to members considering cancellations.

Qualifications include 18+ years, strong English, flexible hours, and a team-oriented, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with positive member engagement.
• Basic proficiency in handling transactions and cash-balanced drawers.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and updating accounts.
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Assist with account updates, billing, and past-due balances.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
• Support retention efforts by addressing cancellations and offering solutions.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties and help keep front desk and facility clean.
• Introduce members to membership options and guide them through available plans.
