Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with members, guests, and prospects.
• Basic knowledge of handling transactions, balancing a cash drawer, and following cash-handling procedures.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and managing member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and create a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure members have active accounts.
• Assist with member accounts and updates, in person or over the phone.
• Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Support membership retention and promotions to enhance the member experience.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain gym readiness.
