Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Miami is seeking a Part Time Member Service Specialist (MSS). You will be the first contact for members and guests, delivering a welcoming experience, answering questions, and guiding sign‑ups and check‑ins.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, processing check‑ins, handling billing and account updates, assisting with cancellations to support retention, and maintaining a clean, friendly front desk with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Assist with inquiries over the phone and in person, directing calls as needed.
• Handle account management and billing tasks including updates and payments.
• Support retention efforts by addressing potential cancellations and offering solutions.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties and keep front desk area organized.
