Job summary

Sam's Club in Salisbury, MD is seeking a front-line Member Frontline Services associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with store policies.

You will guide members on self-service technology, help locate merchandise, and maintain a safe, organized shopping environment while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service at the front of the store and maintains the checkout area.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on use of self-service technology and assists with locating merchandise.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Completes administrative tasks and supports training of associates as needed.
