Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues. Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and tools. Delivers program training and supports continuous learning.
• Maintains organization of merchandise, zones areas, and assists with transporting items.
• Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity and supports Walmart's values.
