Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to learn mobile retail applications and self-checkout features.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Assists with inventory, merchandising, and keeping aisles organized.
