Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably at a financial institution.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a strong desire to help people.
• Proficient with the Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences in person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings basics and refer more complex products.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
• Maintain compliance and participate in campaigns.
