Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding member experiences in-person and over the phone. You will build consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending VyStar solutions across deposits, loans, insurance, and investments.

The role requires strong communication, an outgoing demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably with a financial institution.
• Strong listening and communication skills; proficient with the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Explain deposits, credit, insurance, and investment options.
• Handle account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
• Maintain compliance and risk awareness.
