Qualifications

• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and position VyStar financial solutions.
• Handle deposits, loans, and account-related transactions.
• Explain credit and savings options and refer complex products.
• Support campaigns and maintain compliance with guidelines.
