Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in financial services, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences both in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member cues, ask open-ended questions, and grow member relationships by identifying needs.
• Handle personal and business account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products and services.
• Provide additional services such as notary, wire transfers, and other member needs.
