Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in the United States is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member experiences in person and on the phone, identifying member needs and offering VyStar solutions to grow both consumer and business relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a sales and/or customer service position, preferably with a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in person and on the phone, greeting and welcoming members and strengthening relationships.
• Identify member needs, ask open‑ended questions, and grow consumer/business relationships through cross‑selling VyStar solutions.
• Understand and position consumer and business deposit, credit, insurance, and investment products appropriately.
• Handle personal and business transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products when needed.
• Provide services such as notary, wire transfer, and dispute resolution while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Support VyStar initiatives and campaigns with integrity and professionalism.
• Work with independence, exercise sound judgment, and uphold risk controls.
