Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member experiences both in person and over the phone. You will identify member needs, open accounts, process loan applications, and cross-sell VyStar solutions to help members achieve their financial goals.

You should be capable of explaining credit and savings options, handling routine transactions, and supporting additional services such as notary and wire transfers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service position preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in person and over the phone.
• Cross-sell VyStar financial products based on member needs.
• Handle personal and business account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products when appropriate.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other member services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain professional interactions.
