Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist in Savannah, GA to deliver exceptional member experiences both in person and over the phone. You will identify member needs, educate on VyStar products, and grow relationships by providing tailored financial solutions.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle various transactions while meeting compliance standards. Training and development are provided as part of VyStar's benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred, especially in financial institutions.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to ask discovery questions and cross-sell solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, loans, and other financial transactions.
• Explain credit, savings and investment options to members.
• Assist with account maintenance, notary, wires, and disputes.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls.
