Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service role, ideally with a financial institution.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences through in-person and phone interactions and cross-sell VyStar products.
• Handle personal and business account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings options and refer more complex products as needed.
• Offer services such as notary, wire transfers, savings bonds, and fraud claims.
• Operate within compliance guidelines and maintain professional conduct at all times.
