Planet Fitness is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to deliver superior member experiences and drive new member sales. You will greet members, assist with tours and check-ins, and handle front desk tasks to maintain a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include answering questions, updating member information, and escalating issues as needed while upholding Planet Fitness standards and supporting a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
