Planet Fitness is seeking a Full-Time Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, provide a superior level of customer service, and assist with tours and new member sign-ups.

You will handle front desk duties, check members in, answer phones, update accounts, and help maintain a clean, inviting club environment. A positive attitude and reliable behavior are essential to exceed member expectations in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system; new member sign-up; take tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns timely and escalate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
