Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, deliver a positive experience, and support new member sales while providing courteous, attentive service.

You will handle front desk tasks, answer calls, conduct tours, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, help with BCM amenity usage, update member accounts, resolve simple service issues, and help keep the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions; take info calls and tours; assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
