24 Hour Fitness in Santa Monica seeks a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership sales. You will onboard new members, present fitness options and manage the lead lifecycle using company tools.

Responsibilities include executing CARE sales, promoting offers, and contributing to team sales goals while maintaining a welcoming club environment and strong member relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Experience in fitness or retail sales is preferred; 1-2 years in service sales is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best-in-class guest experience and drives membership sales.
• On-boards new members and supports retention initiatives to drive profitability.
• Generates leads through community outreach and on-site promotions; manages the lead flow.
