Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert in Monterey Park to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience, guiding guests toward membership, fitness products, and services. You will build relationships, demonstrate value, and drive member acquisition and revenue goals.

The position requires strong sales skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to onboard and retain members while promoting fitness offerings and club amenities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club and describes facilities, equipment, services and amenities linked to their goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and maintains MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
