24 Hour Fitness Costa Mesa is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a high-impact guest experience, presenting membership, fitness and retail options, and driving revenue goals. You will onboard new members, manage leads, and promote local campaigns while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

Collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to enhance member satisfaction, referrals, and retention, and participate in team training to consistently achieve individual and club targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior fitness or retail experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years in service sales preferred.

Responsabilités

• Executes CARE sales model to present membership, fitness and retail options.
• Tours club and describes facilities/services aligned with member goals.
• Registers guests through digital kiosk and enrolls members.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
