Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC in California seeks a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a premier sales and service experience. You will engage guests, promote memberships, fitness and retail products, and drive member acquisition and retention.

You will build relationships, demonstrate value, and meet sales revenue goals while supporting a welcoming, high‑energy club environment. This role includes on‑site club duties and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or retail preferred.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services satisfy fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes the facility and services tied to their goals; registers guests via digital kiosk.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using company tools.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention to drive club profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
