Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class sales and member experience. You will attract new members, demonstrate fitness and retail offerings, and guide guests through enrollment with the CARE sales model.

You will tour the club, explain facilities, onboard new members, and partner with the Sales and Service Manager to boost retention and club profitability. This role requires strong sales skills, teamwork, and comfort with POS and membership software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest engagement and enroll members using CARE sales model.
• Tour the club and explain offerings tied to fitness goals.
• Register guests through the digital kiosk and present membership options.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business opportunities.
• Foster member retention and deliver best-in-class service.
