You will onboard new members, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to meet revenue goals. A positive, energetic presence in a busy club is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in service sales preferred.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class sales and service experience to guests and members.
• On-board new members and drive retention and club profitability.
• Generate leads and promote local campaigns to grow membership.
