Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in San Diego is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership and product sales. You will onboard new members, promote fitness and retail options, and help sustain revenue through strong relationship building and effective use of POS and membership systems.

The role focuses on member acquisition and retention, with opportunities to participate in bundled incentive plans and team-based sales targets within a dynamic club

Qualifications

• Experience in sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience operating POS systems and membership software.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members, describes facilities and onboarding steps.
• Enrols guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
• Achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads through community, referrals, and on-site campaigns.
• Manages lead follow-up and schedules appointments for opportunities.
• Partners with management to provide a best-in-class member experience.
