Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in North Hollywood is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver outstanding sales and service experiences. You will engage guests, promote memberships, fitness products, and services while building relationships to drive member acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities include touring the club, explaining offers, enrolling members, and contributing to team sales goals. A strong customer focus and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and enroll members using sales techniques.
• Tour facility and describe services tied to fitness goals.
• Explain membership and fitness offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrol guests professionally following MAP when enrolling.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Support lead generation and appointment setting.
