Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued upon arrival. You will play a key role in building value-based relationships that boost member loyalty and support healthy lifestyle goals.

The role emphasizes hospitality, information delivery about programs, events, and policies, and handling member transactions in a fast-paced, energetic club environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.

Responsabilidades

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
