Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk. You will be the first contact for members and guests, greet them warmly and guide them to relevant club programs, events and services.

You will educate clients on pricing, policies and promotions while assisting with transactions. A hospitality mindset and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
