Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-tier service to members and guests.

As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, answer questions about programs, events, pricing, and policies, and help members with routine transactions in a friendly, healthy environment. You'll build value-based relationships to foster member loyalty and support guests in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must complete Concierge Certification after hire.
• Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
