Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality service to members and guests at our club.

As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome visitors, educate them on club programs, events, pricing, and policies, and help build value-based relationships that foster loyalty. You will operate in a fast-paced, wellness-oriented setting, delivering exceptional experiences while supporting member needs, transactions, and account changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
