Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-tier customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will welcome visitors and contribute to a welcoming, value-driven environment that supports members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.

You will educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies while building lasting relationships through hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
