Job summary

YouFit Gyms in Venice, FL is seeking a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and during tours. You will greet members, process check-ins, answer questions, and help promote memberships.

Primary duties include maintaining a clean, welcoming gym environment, handling payments at the POS, and assisting with retention by addressing member needs and referrals. Flexible hours and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in English; multi-language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service by greeting and assisting members and guests.
• Handle check-ins, updates, and questions for member accounts, in person and over the phone.
• Process payments at the POS and balance the cash drawer.
• Promote memberships and offerings to drive retention and upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of gym areas and front desk.
• Assist with tours for prospective members and guide them toward the membership presentation.
