Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and engage with members and guests.
• Comfort with handling transactions and maintaining accurate cash drawer.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced gym front-desk environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer skills for check-ins and account updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage member check-ins, verify status, and address alerts.
• Answer phones and assist members with inquiries or directs calls as needed.
• Assist with account updates, billing, and past-due balances.
• Support retention efforts by addressing potential cancellations with solutions.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer; handle guest passes and payments.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep front desk organized.
• Introduce members to membership options and guide them through choices.
